Let's Get Loud "Concert Experience Giveaway" Official Rules

**1. Eligibility.** The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 and above. Employees of Graphic Media Alliance, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

**2. Giveaway Period.** The giveaway begins on 08/01/2023 and ends on 10/24/2023. All entries must be received by 10/24/2023 at 5:00 PM (EST).

**3. How to Enter.** To enter, participants must submit an entry form online. Each entry requires a payment of $25. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can submit.

**4. Prize Details.** The “Let’s Get Loud Concert Experience Giveaway” package is valued at $1000. The prize includes a $500 Ticketmaster Gift card, a $400 Hotel Gift card, and a $100 Uber/Lyft Gift card.

**5. Winner Selection.** The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on 10/25/23 at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame “Let’s Get Loud” event. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

**6. Winner Notification.** The winner will be notified via email within one business day of the drawing. The winner must respond within five business days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specific time frame may results in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

**7. Prize Claim.** The winner will be required to provide their full name, address, email, and phone number for prize fulfillment purposes. The prize will be delivered within 5-7 days of confirming the winner’s information.

**8. Attendance.** Attendance at the event is not required to enter or win the giveaway. $25 General Admission and $50 VIP Experience include one Let’s Get Loud Giveaway entry.

**9. Publicity Release.** By accepting the prize, the winner grants Graphic Media Alliance the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
